Settings

Manage this event without changing its private galleries or matching rules.

Event nameRename this workspace. Guest and staff links keep the same event code.

Photographer access Give each photographer their own private link for this event only. They can upload photos, show the guest QR, send a link on WhatsApp and help at the counter — never guest lists, matches or deletes. Revoke any link instantly.
Event manager access Give a trusted coordinator a private link to run this event without your owner key. They can see Home, Photos, People and Logs for this event, run the counter, fix matches, hide a photo from guests and upload photos. They never see phone numbers in full, gallery links, settings, other events, or delete anything. Revoke any link instantly.
Post-event report Download a spreadsheet of this event's numbers: guests, photos, match rate, delivery times, uploads per staff link and the AWS cost estimate. Counts only — no guest names, phone numbers or links.
Self-service protection Checking private rate-limit and liveness protection…
Archive this event Moves it from Active to Archived on All Events. All data is kept — you can restore it any time.
Delete this event — permanent Deletes ALL guests, their private galleries, every photo file on disk, and the AWS face collection. This cannot be undone.
